Background
Kristian Bischoff is a CPA and former CEO with a decade of operating experience scaling a PE-backed industrial safety business in the Australian market. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of United Safety & Survivability Corporation Australia, the local subsidiary of a US-headquartered global safety group, where he led the business from 2019 through to February 2026 across a tenure that included an earlier Director and Board Member seat. During that period Kristian executed eight acquisitions and managed the full integration cycle for each — building out a complex field-service operation under the financial and governance discipline expected in a corporate-owned, PE-adjacent environment. His experience spans the commercial, operational, and financial dimensions of scaling a compliance-driven services business: workforce management, contract retention, systems integration, and quality of earnings. In February 2026 he founded Kinetic Business Strategies, a boutique advisory practice working with founders, CEOs, and investors on revenue acceleration, operational optimisation, and enterprise value creation. He concurrently holds a board advisory seat with REMAX Doors, an Australian industrial door manufacturer and field service provider. Kristian brings hands-on M&A and integration experience and a CPA-grade financial lens to the platform — making him a relevant sounding board across the acquisition and integration cycle.
